Introducing the core Office Planet team

  Philip Dodson - Managing Director

Founder of Office Planet in January 2004, Philip has spent over 10 years in property, especially in the serviced office sector.

Joining the serviced office industry as the European and UK Sales Director for HQ, Philip then moved to MWB Business Exchange, where he gained further experience as their Sales and Marketing Director for the UK and Europe. Philip's roles included working on the board, running the sales and marketing departments, recruitment, opening and filling new business centres, liaising with corporate clients, producing and implementing marketing plans, and full P&L accountability.

Before moving into the property sector, he spent over 7 years with a specialist hotel sales and marketing company, promoting 4 and 5 star hotels in over 50 countries worldwide.

During this role Philip specialised in sales, but also fulfilled a general management role that covered legal, finance, and the setting up of operating companies in the UK, Greece, Egypt, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Singapore, and many other countries.

Since starting Office Planet, the company has grown significantly on the back of unrivalled customer service and strong focus on the needs of the end user.

     
  Zack Berman - Senior Associate (Commercial Offices)

Zack joined Office Planet in July 2005 to work in our commercial office department, which he now heads. Zack comes with seven years of extensive experience in the commercial office market with a specific focus on the West End. He is a valuable asset to our business bringing good client relationships and a deep seated knowledge of the market.

Demand for our acquisition of commercial offices is strong and growing for us and Zack will be an integral part of servicing and developing this demand.

Zack is extremely enthusiastic about the opportunities that Office Planet presents and the fresh approach it takes to commercial leasing. Zack has been instrumental in strengthening the Office Planet brand in the commercial agency market and growing its client portfolio.

     
  Lloyd Harris - Agent (Commercial Offices)

Lloyd Harris is a new addition to Office Planet joining in April 2006.

With two years of extensive knowledge in the West End commercial property market, Lloyd will be an important team member helping to increase productivity. Part of his role at Office Planet will be to help assist and maintain the high level of demand for acquisition and disposals of commercial offices.

Lloyd is young, enthusiastic and was delighted to join Office Planet believing he can help drive Office Planet forward to become a highly successful organisation

     
  Daniel Paskin - Agent (Commercial Offices)

Daniel joined our rapidly expanding conventional office team in October 2006.

Daniel has five years experience in the commercial property market having worked for leading companies and most recently Anthony, Green and Spencer.

Daniel is very ambitious, enthusiastic and has joined Office Planet to work in a very busy, thriving environment focusing on delivering unrivalled service to customers

     
  Sam Collins - Sales (Serviced Offices)

Sam was a student having just returned from a gap year travelling round Australia when he joined Office Planet at the beginning of July 2006.

He has joined the company for the great work ethic that currently exists within himself and his colleagues, as well as for the challenge of being able to be a success in the serviced office market.

He has thoroughly enjoyed his role so far since joining and hopes there are many more successful years ahead of him working in the property market.

     
  Jennie Ohlsson - Customer Support (Serviced Offices)

Originating from Sweden, Jennie has previously worked in sales and marketing. Having recently joined the Office planet team she is excited about working in London property market with such a vibrant team.

Jennie assists the team in servicing and supporting customers, assure that Office Planet delivers a very high level of service to all its clients.

After completing a Marketing degree, Jennie felt she wanted to join a company where she had the opportunity to progress and be part of a great team.

     
    Gaynor Impiazzi - Business Development (Meeting Planet)

Gaynor is enthusiastic about the opportunities that Meeting Planet has to offer the end user and looks forward to the challenge of finding meeting and conference room facilities for clients looking to organise meetings for small interviews to large corporate events.

Gaynor has previously worked within the Marketing and Event Management industry. Starting out as a Marketing Assistant she rapidly progressed to the role of Marketing & Event Manager, where her role was to organise the day to day management of large corporate events and sponsorship deals.

Gaynor joined Office Planet in February 2007 and heads up the Meeting Planet team.

     
    Patrick Dundon - Finance

Patrick has worked with the company since it began in April 2004. Patrick's role is to provide management and financial support to the board, all financial and legal compliance, and monthly reporting.

Patrick has previously worked in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution and the service sector, and also provides financial assistance to a number of other businesses.
