  Philip Dodson - Managing Director

Founder of Office Planet in January 2004, Philip has spent over 15 years in property, especially in the serviced office sector. Since starting Office Planet, the company has grown significantly on the back of unrivalled customer service and strong focus on the needs of the end user.

Philip spends most of his time helping SME and corporate clients find the right office space as part of helping them effectively manage change.

Joining the serviced office industry as the European and UK Sales Director for HQ, now the Executive Office Group, Philip then moved to MWB Business Exchange, where he gained further experience as their Sales and Marketing Director for the UK and Europe.

Before moving into the property sector, he spent over 7 years with a specialist hotel sales and marketing company, promoting 4 and 5 star hotels in over 50 countries worldwide.

During this role Philip specialised in sales, but also fulfilled a general management role that covered legal, finance, and the setting up of operating companies in the UK, Greece, Egypt, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Singapore, and many other countries.

     
  Zack Berman - Director

Zack is the joint partner with Philip in Office Planet and is side by side with him in helping clients with their property requirements and developing Office Planet as the preferred business choice for effective change management.

With extensive industry experience in commercial property with more than 12 years in the central London leasehold office market, he joined Office Planet to be part of developing it as a ‘stand-out’ player in an ever increasingly competitive marketplace.

Zack has been instrumental in Office Planet's early success and aims to build on the company's foundations, growing its revenue streams, developing stronger client relationships and brand recognition to provide a unique and dynamic service to its’ increasing client base. His fluency in French has broadened the company's appeal to an international client base.

     
  Ayaz Mawji - Serviced Offices

Ayaz Mawji, since joining Office Planet in 2008, has become a real expert in the serviced office industry with on the ground extensive knowledge of the product and locations. One of the few in the industry to accompany many of his customers on tours of properties, he is able to offer on the spot expert advice.

A graduate from Aston University, he is building his career in commercial property and using the knowledge he has gained at Aston.

Ayaz, as with many in the team has the skills to advise the customer on the type of space that best suits their individual needs and now has extensive knowledge of the leasehold market to compliment his serviced office experience. Ayaz has now developed a substantial customer base, that value his experience of all areas of commercial property.
