Thanks for your call.  I am afraid the New York office has chosen the Chandlery purely for its location nearer a commercial area, although they agreed South Bank House looked nicer.  As you know, I initially found the Chandlery through another provider.
 
I do, however, want to thank you for your excellent customer service which was much appreciated.  Accompanying clients to appointments is an important touch, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Office Planet on another occasion because of the service provided.

I would like to make a special point of formally highlighting the truly excellent performance of Lloyd Harris.

He picked up the ball and ran with it fluently. He was exceedingly courteous, wonderfully efficient and managed to push the deal through in a careful and thoughtful manner without being irritating and pushy. He kept the pressure on when it was needed and stepped back when it was not. If events were taking the deal off the track, he jumped in and solved problems.

At our three year break, if we need to move, I will absolutely want Lloyd to work with us again.
