1. Serviced office leads

Office Planet is unique in that we deal with both serviced and leasehold requirements.

As a fellow agent, we really understand what a client means, and that's why we never pass on your clients details to 'all and sundry' on a vast database.

We carefully qualify and handle all introductions in a professional manner that will reflect well upon you for recommending us. Introductions are only passed on to a selection of serviced office providers and we stay in contact throughout the process gathering information, arranging viewings and we will accompany them, offering help and advice.

We will, upon receipt of your introduction, confirm an acceptance by return, and keep you posted as to the progress.

Your reward

For all successful introductions that result in a letting we will share our fee on a 50/50 basis and you personally will receive a £75 John Lewis voucher

A happy client - as we guarantee to handle any referral to us with the up most care and professionalism, with a single point of contact throughout at Office Planet.

Office Planet guarantee, that just like a boomerang, anyone you send to us who comes back to Office Planet for leasehold space, we will share with you.

2. Your surplus acquisition leads

At Office Planet we work with a number of fellow agents, whereby we take in their surplus leads that they are either too busy to handle, or do not have the desire to. We are happy to take anything from 500 sq ft plus in any London location.

Your reward is not only 50% of any fee that we generate, but in addition we will handle the lead in a professional manner.
